Exhibit Open: Drawn + Quartered
KieranTimberlake is pleased to announce the opening of KieranTimberlake: Drawn + Quartered, an exhibit of drawings, scale models, and mock-up experiments that survey the role of research and prototyping in our design process.
Even as architects strive to create whole experiences, they're forced to inspect their subjects as elemental parts. For KieranTimberlake, looking at these fragments has evolved into an expansive practice of drawing, dissecting, testing, questioning and building that has become integral to our design process.
Presented in partnership with the Architectural Archives of the University of Pennsylvania, Drawn + Quartered delves into what this design process looks like for KieranTimberlake. The exhibit is on view at two locations in Philadelphia between May 20 and October 14, 2016. Images and audio from the exhibit, as well as information about future events, are available on our website.
