Update: KieranTimberlake's COVID-19 Response

KieranTimberlake is grateful for the partnership of our clients, consultants, collaborators, and staff as we face the COVID-19 health and economic crisis together. While Philadelphia remains under a stay-at-home order, restrictions are beginning to lift around the country. As we transition back to work in the coming months, we'll keep the best interests of our community at heart.

At present, we are working from home successfully and seamlessly, at least until June 4th, in accordance with state advisories. When Pennsylvania Commonwealth and Philadelphia governments allow businesses to open, and we deem it safe for our staff and the firm, we will invite some individuals back to the studio gradually over June, July, and August.

During this period, some design teams will be able to meet in the office occasionally, in small groups, physically distanced, while most people will continue working remotely. For those working in the studio, we have reconfigured our workspace to ensure safe interactions, with adequate physical distance, required mask-wearing, and daily temperature checks. Non-essential travel will continue to be restricted.

We will continue to work and meet with clients, consultants, and collaborators as planned via GoTo Meeting, Microsoft Teams, and other collaboration platforms.

This plan is subject to local and state health advisories. We will revisit our approach at the end of each month throughout the summer. Your point of contact at KieranTimberlake will stay in close communication with you every step of the way.
