2026 Firm Advancements

We are pleased to announce the advancement of nine staff members whose contributions have helped shape the firm’s culture, capabilities, and creative output.

Tatiana Baglioni, Cait Sylvain, Liam Smith, Ben Morris, and Sara Svisco have all been promoted to Associate, a reflection of the initiative, expertise, and care they bring to their work every day.

Christy Choi was promoted to interim Finance Director earlier this year, a recognition of the dedication and insight she brings to KieranTimberlake’s priorities and the role she has played in solidifying our daily operations. Neonta DeVose has been promoted to Accounting Manager, bringing a rigor to our financial practices that mirrors our design and operational excellence. Michael Miller steps into the role of Business Development Manager, bringing a sharp understanding of the firm’s values and an ability to build relationships that reflect them. Robb Ogle advances to Visual Communications Manager, a role that recognizes his influence on how KieranTimberlake presents its work and ideas to the world.
